This class is perfect for those concerned about memory changes and want to be proactive in maintaining their brain health. Join us to exercise your brain by learning new techniques for memory enhancement, engage your ‘5 Domains of Brain Health,’ and make connections between physical activities, exercise, and overall brain health! For ages 60+.
We’ll be meeting every third Monday.
