Your Write to Resilience is a four-part, guided wellness program designed to provide individuals with expressive writing skills that can improve both physical and mental well-being. This is not a writing instruction class, so there are no rules or requirements to participate. Our writing will be sloppy, loose, and imperfect!
Kathryn Santana Goldman is a published poet and creator of Your Write to Resilience, a guided wellness practice based on the research science of journaling. Limited to 14 people. Registration is required.
