Miguel Angel Castellon and Peter Hedaria from the Napa Valley Community Organizations Active in Disaster (Napa COAD) will be presenting. Napa COAD develops and enhances partnerships for communication, coordination, and collaboration among the whole community, including non-profit and faith-based organizations, government agencies, and the private sector during all phases of disaster.
