Join us for a fascinating presentation from photographer Irena Miles.

In May 2016, Miles captured Ukraine at a moment of profound transition. From Kyiv’s golden domes to the cobblestone streets of Lviv, a nation in transition revealed civic pride and a clear turn toward the West, shedding the remnants of its Soviet past. Set against the haunting silence of the Pripyat Exclusion Zone, these photographs document a country forsaking its past and boldly asserting its future.
